I have a itchy rush on inner sidw of wrists elbows and top of my torso. it is hardly ever in all mentioned spots at the same time. would it be allergy?

Rash: The rash could be due to anything from contact dermatitis skin irritations, eczema, certain skin infections or psoriasis. With out a thorough history and exam it is difficult to assess. You should see your pcp or dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
