Yes: You might consider seeing a psychologist, a phd who specializes in ptsd, and/or child molestation. You can't (nor could anyone) withstand that experience and not have repercussions. I'm so sorry that happened. You can work through it though, with the assistance of a helping professional. Psychiatrists (md's) can also help women such as yourself. Though they often focus more on medication.

Psychotherapist: A licensed psychotherapist can help you work through these issues by talking with you. There is nothing to fear. They will take things at a pace you are comfortable with. If they feel medication could help they will say so and refer you to a psychiatrist. Many psychiatrists simply do not have the time to talk much an can be heavy handed with medications.
