Vaginal discharge: A fishy discharge sometimes indicates bacterial vaginosis. One of the most common cause is an organism called gardnerella. Cottage cheese like vagnial discharge indicates at times a yeast infection ;#40;candidiasis;#41;. I recommend following with your pcp for testing and management.
