How to break the seal of penis or foreskin?

Phimosis: Phimosis is a condition in males where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted over the glans penis. This can be painful if you try to correct the problem yourself, and it may lead to infection if the skin rips and tears where it is phimotic. Best to have the area addressed by a dr, such as a urologist where they can do the procedure to help bring back the foreskin over the glans (helmet/head).
