Two possibilities: There are really only two conditions that lead to such a curvature to the erect penis. One is congenital corpora cavernosa disproportion and the other is peyonies disease. If the curvature is mild and not inhibiting mutually satisfactory intercourse, there is no reason to attempt to "correct" it.
