Sperm: Sperm in general are as robust at anytime they are left in the vagina. Your sperms' strength and virility do not waiver. Any sperm left in a female through pre-cum or ejaculation can cause pregnancy during the five days prior to ovulation.

Usually 4 -5 days: After ovulation is too late because the egg is too old or hhe sperm.
