Many: Unfortunately or fortunately, that is as vague a finding as you can have. It needs to be taken in the context of your general health, history of smoking, any physical finding, and the reason for which your doc ordered the scan. Very often these are benign findings and just need be followed up but your doc will have to decide what to do next. You need to discuss this with him/her.
