Possibly: Depends on your cycle and when you ovulated. I would not expect you to feel flickering of baby movement this early. The backache and cramping could be signs of early pregnancy. However, the negative home pregnancy test makes a pregnancy unlikely. See a ob/gyn to figure this out.
