Maybe spasm: Pinacerium bromide is usually used for irritable bowel syndrome as it can help with smooth muscle spasms. Sometimes it can help certain gallbladder problems, but I do not prescribe it commonly. Watching what you eat can usually impact both ibs and gallbladder disease. Be very clear about the diagnosis before starting it.
