Had a tubal ligation in 2002 & part of my cervix removed in april 2013 & haven't seen a period since 4/2013. how can force my period to come?

Cervix tubal ligatio: Your age should have period unless you are prematured menopause and you can verify but having fsh or other hormone test s to exclude that or endicrine abnormality. But most probably your cervix surgery if cone was done then you have to have gynecologist check to rule out stenosis or obstruction of endocervix. You can find out by basic workup for secondary amenorrhea. Good luck.
