I used cremaffin (magnesia, milk) for constipation for 4 days but not usefull. what is the best medicine for chronic constipation ? pls reply ?

High fiber diet: Rather than medication consider a modification of your diet.Eat lots of fruits and vegetable , nuts, raisins, prunes and dates. Reduce milk and milk products. Have high fibered foods such as beans and legumes as well as jigh fiber cereals.
