Pimple: Clean you skin with a good cleansing soap and use benzoyl peroxide 10% over the counter. You can find coverup to put on the blemish at the counter of your local department store. You have to match your skin tone. A sales rep can help you find the right shade. Good luck.

Agree...and...: 1-2% salicylic acid gel can also work well for acute pimples. It can dry one up fairly quickly. This gel is also easy to find over the counter in most drug stores, probably walmart too.
