RU bleeding?: It's perfectly normal for healthy people to run a low bp, even as low as 80 or 90 (top number). Young women and children often do. If your BP is normally high, low BP could indicate a problem but if you're otherwise healthy, it's ok for you. Typical causes of bad low BP are: gunshot, knife wound, other combat injury, dehydration, sepsis (blood infection), anaphylaxis (severe allergy) & rare things.
