Lump on scrotum: Most likely you squeezed an infected hair follicle or a sebaceous cyst. The cyst might have white thick paste that comes out. Be careful because squeezing them can sometimes place you at risk for a more dangerous infection of the skin called cellulitis. On the scrotum this can become very serious. Be especially careful if you are diabetic or immunocompromised. If it's a cyst it will likely recur.
