What are they?: A row of bumps along the corona are usually pearly papules. They're a normal variant and you either like them or you don't -- if the latter, they can be removed by a laser. All men have some big sebaceous glands on themselves and they're normal. If you have genital warts, your personal physician can and should treat them as needed. If it's something else, again get seen.
