It depends.: If the marks are minor and on the surface of tooth, a procedure called micro abrasion may be helpful. Sodium Fluoride and calcium phosphate are often applied as well to help the teeth remineralize. If the marking is more than superficial, bonding or veneer may be necessary. If the marking is from tetracycline stain, special whitening may lessen the severity of it. See a dentist to find out!
