See answer: Swelling of lips of the penis (aka meatitis) is usually due to an inflammation or irritation. This may be due to a contact chemical irritation (spermicidal, lubricants, fragrant soaps, laundry detergents, fabric softeners, etc); extension of a std-related urethritis (gc or chlamydia); or trauma (prolonged/excessive intercourse).
