Can't: Stretch marks are due to breaks in the elastic fibers under the skin. Retinoid creams, laser, and dermal abrasion may help improve the appearance.

Tummy tuck: There is no great way to remove stretch marks. A tummy tuck removes the excess skin and fat from the abdomen and this removes many of the stretch marks.
