Penile discharge..: If you are sexually active, it is likely that you have an infection--urethritis--such as gonnorhea etc..Chlamydia/trichomonas usually have a clear discharge. Either one still needs eval and treatment. Inform/inquire your partner as well. If however u r not sexually active at all with another person, then the discharge could be your semen etc... Good luck and be safe.
