Speak to your dermat: I believe that a cream called Azelaic Acid is safe in pregnancy. If you know a dermatologist who has a blue light or a red light they can also possibly be used to help your acne.

Cortisone injection: Works great for few individual pimples and is safe. You need to see a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
