Yes, but not helpful: That dose is safe, and actually low. However, the studies do not support any benefit from ginkgo for memory or concentration. It may (may) have some benefit for certain kinds of dementia. But I do not recommend it for memory problems or concerns. Other things are better such as brain games, getting rest, and addressing medications that can cause such issues.
