Could be a number: Of causes, u can take some otc Motrin this evening but if that does not make it go away u need to see a gyn for an evaluation or go to the er if u do not have a gyn.

Trauma?: Trauma from rough intercourse can cause pain and some bruising. However infections or pregnancy doesnt cause any symptoms immediately after the intercourse. Is this the first time you felt this pain ?
