Yes: Your body's reaction to high stress levels can be very variable. Prolonged high stress situations are believed to play a part in many chronic disease states. Do what you can to decrease your stress levels, including exercise, meditation, relaxing social activities, etc. Achieving more balance in your life can help a great deal with decreasing your stress level.

Yes: Stress/anxiety can certainly alter your cycle, so it is important to use birth control if you are irregular and stressed out. Also important of course to get treatment for your stress. Best wishes.
