Pain in Penis: Pain is not a normal consequence of ejaculation or nocturnal emission. There must be more to the story here. If there is not more to the story, such as vigorous rubbing of the penis during sleep or other traumatic or sexual or std exposure then if the pain persists one should go see their physician urgently. Pain in the penis is not normal.

Consult urologist: Nocturnal emissions are normal at your age if you don't ejaculate by day, either by masturbation or sexual intercourse. Pain with erections can be due to shortage of penile shaft skin following circumcision or peyronie's disease. Suggest you consult a urologist regarding pain with erections.
