What are the downsides of smoking weed?

Marijuana: An issue fraught with difficulty. There's not been hard science done. That is we don't know a lot of things. Most importantly although state laws change some places federal law has not changed this should be worrisome for anyone that thinks that they are using it legally. Cons are it does have serious psychological effects for some people and it is really no better than smoking as far as lungs.
