Xerosis: Always worse in winter. No soap on legs (even dove), no hot water and plenty of thick emolients like shea butter.

Try hydrocortisone : Your calves are itching. You have tried lots of creams. You can try Hydrocortisone 1%. This should help decrease the itch.

Why days after shaving my legs (with a new razor) parts of my legs itch really bad? Some parts itch so bad to the point of having red bumps & nearly bleeding. Ive used the same body wash forever & Ive tried Benadryl cream, lotion & warm compresses?
I keep getting bumps/hives on my arms and legs. It itches and then after 25 min goes away then reappears. No changes in anything meds or lotions etc.
