Day after hsg test feeling heaviness in abdomine , little bit pain in naval area is it normal?

Yes: Abdominal cramping after hsg normal; particularly if one or both of the fallopian tubes blocked. This discomfort shouldn't be anything more than a nuisance. Take Ibuprofen for couple of days and it should disappear. If not, see your doctor.
