????: U cannot get preg from anal sex but u can get a rectal tear or hemm or mucosal irrtation or in extreme cases a perforation, and it could ruin your anal sphincter so u cannot control your flatus or feces, the anus was not made for intercourse and if the penis comes in contact with other areas before it has been cleaned it can spread infection.
