my boyfriend and i were in the middle of sexual intercourse and he started bleeding from his penis. what does this mean ?

Hematospermia: While this is not common it is not anything to worry about usually. It usually represents vigorous sexual activity that caused some trauma to the urethra or prostate. Most boys just get better quickly and they do not continue to bleed.
