Hematospermia: While this is not common it is not anything to worry about usually. It usually represents vigorous sexual activity that caused some trauma to the urethra or prostate. Most boys just get better quickly and they do not continue to bleed.

? torn frenulum: Happens to uncircumcised men. Frenulum is web of skin on underside of penis, attached just under the urinary opening ; attatched to inner foreskin. This can get torn during sex. May need to have it corrected surgically by a minor surgical frenulotomy. However, he needs to see a urologist, in unlikely event of blood coming from urinary opening. Hope you have had gardisil vaccination ; are using sui.
