Possible miscarriage: You could have had a miscarriage especially if you also had cramping and bleeding. It could also just be a blood clot and the pregnancy could be fine. See your ob/gyn to make sure pregnancy is ok.

Please call your OB: Must make sure it was not fetal tissue, could be blood and mucus ffom the cervix but at 10 weeks u need an exam and ultrasound asap.
