He's a man: This isn't at all unusual for a teenager. This keeps a guy comfortable and able to focus on study and work, and prepares him physically and emotionally for love and marriage. Only somebody who's trying to control him by misinformation will tell him that he needs to stop. If it's taking over his life, get to a physician, but that's rare. Think about something wholesome -- maybe his future bride.
