Pregnancy: Yes. You can get pregnant after an abortion. Have in mind that sometimes pregnancy hormones levels do not drop to zero inmediately and patients might think they are pregnant again (if they do a pregnancy test within the first few weeks after an abortion) when in reality its just that the hormones have not regressed to normal levels or zero.
