NO BUT MAKE YOU SICK: It may not kill you but it will make you sick, may cause gastritis, stomach bleeding and if not treated can be fatal rarely.So i will say do not take higher than recommended dose of ibuprophen or any other drug in people with poor kidney functions or kidney or liver disease it can cause serious complications like kidney/liver failure.
