Generally no.: The pap smear is a test to screen for cervical cancer. Prior abortion (whether in recent days or long ago) is not something that a pap test can diagnose / interpret. The cells of the cervix can change in some ways when a woman is pregnant, but those changes are not specific and would not be able to be tied to prior pregnancy termination.
