Yogurt: There is absolutely no problem eating yogurt anytime, with or without antibiotics. The issue is that the active cultures in yogurt, or what is also referred to as 'good bacteria', also taken in the form of probiotics, will be killed off by the antibiotic just as the infection-causing bacteria are. No problem, though, if you like yogurt, you can eat it!
