Does ducolax be taken along with miralax (polyethylene glycol) while treating an anal fissure?

Both may: Give you diarrhea which may cause less pain with a bowel movement but does nothing to heal a fissure and in fact may turn an acute fissure into a chronic fissure which has a much lower likelihood of healing without surgery.
