Hair rebonding: There is no way to answer this question with certainty as there are not likely to be information available. Since hair rebonding involves use of chemicals it may be safer to wait until breastfeeding is complete, however as the chemicals are external it would be safer than during pregnancy, and may be safe if toxic chemical vapors are not inhaled.
