Please tell me, could a wisdom tooth blood clot reform?

Typically: No. Once you loose the clot you need to see your dentist to treat the dry socket;very painful. If the clot has dissolved on its own and the tissue is filling in again the answer is no as natures bandaid has done its job. If you are having pain see your dentist, if not don't worry and keep the area clean until it heals fully.

No: No. The socket can heal with or without a clot. Losing clot early may result in dry socket. Easy to treat. For best results, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
