April 24 conception: An estimated due date of january 15 means and estimated conception date of april 24. For natural conceptions, dates are estimates, so the conception date could have been during the days before april 24 or during the days after april 24. If the due date was calculated from an early pregnancy ultrasound (like 8-11 weeks or so), then the estimated due date and conception date should be reliable.
