What is the chance that a person get pregnant if the little *semen* come into contact with labia?

Unlikely: If the semen stayed on the outside it is unlikely.

Pregnancy: Less if it is just a little bit on outside but if you are not using barrier protection you really don't know what happened on the inside if you had intercourse. Leakages can occur.

If semen is: Transmitted into the vagina or the introitus(tissues at the opening of the vagina) then pregnancy is possible.
