Possibilities: Could be any one of a number of problems. Ask your md/do to check. May need referral to ent, gastro-enterologist, dentist. But start with your gp first.

Might be: Something best addressed by an ENT or an oral surgeon. Are you on different medications? Is dry mouth a recognized complication of the medications/s? Did you switch toothpastes / mouthwash? Hope this helps.
