My knee is locking when i stand . i have had 2 knee surg about 10 yrs ago. when this locking pain happens it hurts really bad. any ideas what is wrong?

Internal derangement: You need to go back to your original doc who did the surgery or a new one if he is not available or you don't want to go back . But many things can cause locking and clicking. You might need an MRI and xrays.
