Urethral stricture: Urethral stricture is usually seen following trauma or an std. Masturbation and nocturnal erections don't generally cause this condition.

Urethral stricture: That would be highly unlikely unless you are causing a lot of trauma during masturbation or introducing objects into the urethra.
