I wantd to ask a gyo here from where does the hymen that looks like a third set of labia rupture because it's nt a common hymen.and does it bleed alot?

Need exam to clarify: To me, an intact hymen does not look like a third set of labia, so a photo or exam is necessary to clarify what you are concerned about. Generally, there is only scant bleeding with rupture of the hymen but it also depends on cause. Many girls that are virgins use tampons which gradually stretch the hymen, and may not experience any bleeding with first episode of intercourse.
