My son has bumpy rash on both cheeks and bumps on forehead and nose? what is this?

Need more info......: Age (if a newborn could be erythema toxic, if a teenager could be acne......) itchy? (if yes, could be allergic reaction) fever? (if yes, could be chickenpox, etc.) sore throat? (if yes, could be scarletina) color? (if flesh colored could be keratosis pillars, if pink could be miliaria) etc........

Can't say without: eval. This rash needs to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
