Achilles pain: Allergic reactions to antibiotics are the most concerning. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) can be associated with lower blood sugars but one interesting side effect can be Achilles pain. Taking Cipro (ciprofloxacin) frequently does result in bacterial resistance.
