i had sex on nov. 3, he ejaculated inside me, i ovulate on nov. 12, i am going by 14 day myth, could i still be pregnant? i have a 28 day cycle?

Yes: Unlikely, but possibility. If you were to 'average' out women, the most fertile days are actually days 10-14, a recent analysis showed that it was a bit earlier than the traditional 14 day. Again, 11/3 is unlikely, but not impossible. I know it's hard to wait, but take a pregnancy test in 10 days or so, assuming you don't have sex in meantime, and then you'll know if pregnant from that encounter.
