Non-intercourse sex?: If he has symptoms ; accurate lab tests said gonorrhea, then it's real. Suppose he had no intercourse... Could germs have been on an object that touched him, or a non-sexual body part that touched his penis? To get it from a toilet seat, a circumcised penis meatus might need to rub the inside edge of a round-style seat, picking up smeared discharge left by an infected penis before him. Tough call!
