Stress incontinence can be caused by coughing , sneezing, laughing, running, pregnancy, injuries, medications/drugs, hyperthyroidism (etc.) & menopause either by putting pressure on the bladder or by affecting the neural control of the bladder. If its a big problem, see urologist who may recommend kegel exercises and/or meds.
