Hmmmm: You definitely could be pregnant as withdrawal, as a form of birth control, is only going to prevent pregnancy 70% of the time, so 30% of women will get pregnant with this method. Take a pregnancy test, though, as they are accurate. If negative, consider repeating in 7-10 days.

Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.
